Classy Bartender Policy

 

Please Read Below

1. Setup Time:  Setup time is 2 hours before the event with party package purchase.

2. Setup Time:  Setup time is 1 hour before the event for hourly bartender purchase.

3. Mandatory Deposit:  A mandatory non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

4. Balance Due:  Remaining balance is due at the time of setup. No exceptions!

5. Acceptable Payment Forms:  Cash, CashApp, & Zelle only.

6. No Refund Policy:  Our policy is no refunds on party packages or cancellations by customer/venue.

7. Inclement Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances:  No refunds for inclement weather and unforeseen circumstances. Reschedules only are acceptable if we are not booked for another event on the selected date.

8. Booking:  Booking can be done by email at classybartenderllc@gmail.com.

9. Alcohol Policy:  All alcohol included in the party packages is not for the customer to keep.

10. Event Duration:  We will provide enough alcohol, mixers, and garnishes for 3-5 hour events only.

11. Additional Drinks:  We do not provide additional drinks (soda, water, juice) for guests.

12. Cooler Policy:  We do not remove drinks from your/venue coolers.

13. Break Down:  Break down is 30 mins before the event ends. No exceptions!

14. Bartender Licensing:  All bartenders are licensed with the state of Louisiana.

15. Last Call: We cannot serve guests multiple drinks at the last call. One drink per person only!
